Jimmy is a little person, most of his pants are Walmart shorts that fit him as pants, or second hand clothes from Value Village. He is going on a trip for his 50th Birthday with his mom and needed a nice suit. He went to Tip Top Tailors and got a nice suit jacket and pants and they tailored them. On  the weekend he picked them up with his Cousin Angie. This is how it looks.
