This is a big win for anyone that has dealt with annoying city bylaws or nosy neighbours. This guy in California was ordered by the city to cover up the boat in his driveway. According to city bylaw he had to build a 6 foot fence in front of his boat so nobody had to look at it. So he complied, he built the fence, and then he got a neighbour to come over and paint a photorealistic mural of his boat onto said fence….
